The A/C was set to an uncomfortably cold temperature!!! Light switches were confusing and lacked labels!!! A toaster in the kitchen would be a practical addition!!! Consider allowing late checkout requests more thoughtfully!!!

we really enjoyed our stay at citadines. the studio premier room was a good size with a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for simple meals. the bed and shower were great too! the garden oasis and stunning view from the 51st floor was a highlight for us. don't miss it, you have to take two lifts to get there, but it's worth it. plus, it's right next to a modern hawker centre!

Perfect spot for families
The staff really made a difference when we were there, especially the concierge who gave us the best tips for local spots, like this amazing hawker center close by. Plus, the swimming pool was pure relief after a long day, especially with the nice waters and view from the rooftop garden.

However, some restaurants in the business district were closed on weekends, limiting dining options at times.
